Session Structure
Some days you need space to cognitively process and others you need a little more.
45 minutes are a space for refection, insight, and gentle untangling. Perfect for navigating the here-and-now, unpacking past experiences, or gaining clarity on next steps.
75 minutes are used for a deeper dive into the body’s wisdom, integrating somatic tools, parts work, and intuitive practices. This is where we soften old patterns and build new ways of being.

Integration Coaching is about dialogue, not instruction.
My role isn’t to tell you what to choose, but to help you notice what’s happening as you choose, grow, and align.
Dive deep with 75 minute sessions.
Most therapists meet with their clients for 45-55 minute sessions.
However, I've found that these shorter sessions often feel rushed, especially when working with deep-rooted nervous system patterns.
A 75-minute session gives you the time and space to fully engage in the healing process without feeling like you’re just getting started when the clock runs out.
Additionally, modalities like EMDR and IFS are most effective when we can follow your system’s natural rhythm without feeling rushed.

If your application is approved, we'll schedule a 15 minute intro video call, so you can ask questions, and we can make sure working together feels like a great fit.
Let the work begin!
If you decide to move forward with coaching, we'll schedule a comprehensive intake and goal-setting session, and then we'll begin meeting at an agreed-upon frequency of your choosing.
