Narcissistic Abuse

Narcissistic abuse happens when someone with narcissistic traits or personality uses manipulation, gaslighting, and control to maintain power over others. This type of abuse can be incredibly subtle, leaving you doubting your memories, feelings, and even your sense of reality. Whether it happened in a family, partnership, workplace, or spiritual community, its impact often runs deep.

Recovering from narcissistic abuse involves untangling the patterns of self-blame and confusion that were instilled over time. It often means learning to recognize manipulation tactics, understanding how your empathy may have been exploited, and rebuilding trust in your own perceptions and boundaries. Healing is about reconnecting with your inner knowing and reestablishing safety within yourself.

In coaching, I provide a supportive space to process these experiences, identify harmful dynamics, and build the confidence needed to move forward. Narcissistic abuse recovery isn’t just about breaking free from someone else’s control – it’s about reclaiming your life, your clarity, and your self-worth.
