Cult Recovery
Recovering from involvement in a cult or high-control group is a unique journey. Cults often operate by isolating members, controlling their choices, and instilling fear of the outside world. Leaving can feel like stepping into an entirely new reality without a roadmap, and it often comes with grief, confusion, and deep questioning of your own thoughts and instincts.
Cult recovery is about more than just leaving the group – it’s about untangling the beliefs and fears that were woven into your sense of self. This process often involves learning to trust your own mind again, understanding how influence and coercion work, and building a life rooted in autonomy and self-compassion. It can also mean redefining relationships, spirituality, and purpose on your own terms.
In coaching, I offer a space to process your experiences without judgment, build tools for navigating the world beyond the group, and cultivate trust in yourself as you create a life of freedom and authenticity. Recovery is possible – not just to survive what happened, but to flourish far beyond it.
